More rambles.

So Im re-watching Betterman.

I'm sitting here the whole time going "wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf"

But I'm so drrrrawnnn to it. I haven't seen it since like.. 2002? 2003? We watched it on TechTV, when they would show anime late at night.
I had seen an ad for Betterman wayyyy back in the day on some Rurouni Kenshin .rm fansubs. XD

Oh pardon me, my geek is showing.

So on a whim from this dude, we got the complete series on DVD *and* an 1:8 Hinoki Sai figurine for free. I love the internet!!

Re-watching it in Japanese and in order is really helpful, even though I'm still "wtf" after all these years.

Having the Hinoki figure staring at me every minute as I sit here on the comp is kind of becoming creepy.

I even have the wig right here, the extensions, and 4 sharpies ready for colouring. The fabric is sitting right there too. I even just bought new black thigh high socks *and* black strechy fabric for the armwarmers. Why canI not get started on this??

I've been wondering how many people are actually familiar with music videos from the past?
I mean the 80's and early 90's.
And not Japan. The west even!

I want to showcase some of the best videos from that time.

This doesn't mean I like the song or anything, I simply think it's a classic video.
Maybe once a week I'll post a youtube link here in my journal.

A lot more was talked about, but it's a blur to me. All I remember is the blonde hair and magnetic smile. <3

What secret? There is none.

Santa is a fat old man with a long white beard. When he laughs, his belly shakes like a bowl full of jelly. He gives presents to all the good boys and girls all over the world, and loves to eat cookies you leave out. He wears a mighty fine red suit trimmed with white fur, and his boots are always fashionable. He has a pimpin ride of a sleigh, 9 reindeer power too. Top 2007 model.

He's made That List, and is Checking It Twice.

What is there to be secret about? His face is like everywhere, he can't hide any secrets. The paparazzi are always all over him! Not to mention all of his elves, you know one of them is getting paid big bucks for selling stories.

I take my coffee .. uhm. Well I like mochas with a lot of whipped cream, but regular old coffee its usally just some milk and *maybe* a little sugar. I can't remember about the sugar. It's been a while since I've had a good ol' cup of coffee.

Its our Christmas Tree y'all!

Yeah. It's kind of gap-y, and the picture is slightly blurred. But the star was lit up, so I thought it was a good picture.
The star btw, is.. probably almost as old as we are, or older. It used to stay on constantly, but since it is so old now it blinks occasionally. Still works though, just barely. XD
The tree we bought with Dad in like.. 1998 or 1999. Codi really wanted a tree, and Dad didn't have enough for a real tree so we bought this fake one at Walgreens.
I'm sentimental, so bugger off.
